Pam Brokaw; Pam received two MS degrees, one in nursing (from BYU) and one in health education at the University of California, San Francisco. She found her true passion in teaching nursing and is remembered as being a very giving and compassionate person. Pam died May 2013.

Susan Leslie Palmer Gohlinghorst; advanced practice track. Susan worked as a nursing instructor for Salt Lake Community College. She earned a post-master’s certificate in nursing and health informatics, which led to several key positions in the National Department of Veteran Affairs. She was a member of Sigma Theta Tau International (STTI) and had five beautiful children. Susan died October 2010.

Debra A. Mills (BS ’82), RN, CNE; nursing administration track; associate teaching professor in the BYU College of Nursing; Salt Lake City, UT. Debra serves as the chair-elect on the Education Committee of the Utah State Board of Nursing. She also serves as a member of the Pediatric Clinical Practice Ad Hoc Committee and as a MORE evaluator. She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International (STTI), the Utah Nurses Association (UNA), the American Nurses Association (ANA), the Society of Pediatric Nursing (SPN), and Phi Kappa Phi (PKP). She is a volunteer for the American Heart and American Lung Associations and also provides health education to a local refugee group. She received the Excellence in Teaching Award from the the Utah Nurses Association in 2002 and was nominated for the Excellence in Pediatric Nursing Education award from the Society of Pediatric Nursing in 2005.
Susan E. Mohlman (BS ’71); advanced practice track; NP, Canyon View Medical; Spanish Fork, UT. Susan has beautiful children and 16 grandchildren. Her family is her most important priority and they bring her great joy and happiness. She likes to tend to her vegetable garden, read, cook and scrapbook in her free time. She loves learning new skills and gaining more knowledge.
Dianne P. Montgomery; advanced practice track; neonatal/pediatric NP; Intermountain Healthcare (IHC); North Ogden. Dianne received the Outstanding M.S. Thesis honor from Signa Xi Scientific Research Society. She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International (STTI) and Phi Kappa Phi (PKP).

Barbara R. Owens; nursing administration track. Barbara worked as an ER trauma nurse and later became a department head of health science at LDS Business College. She had five wonderful children. Barbara died October 2001.

Sheri P. Tesseyman PhD; nursing administration track; associate nursing professor, Westminster College; Salt Lake City. Sheri received her PhD from the University of Manchester.
Donna M. Thompson (BS ’85) APRN; nursing administration track; NP, Gut Whisperer; Salt Lake City. Donna received her Postgraduate Certificate in Forensic Nursing from the University of Tennessee. She taught ICU and emergency nursing and pathophysiology for 25 years.
